The kitchen is modernly equipped and together with the living room is connected to a vast balcony. The balcony frames the entire corner of the apartment and provides a lovely space for relaxation. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, electric cooker, extractor hood, microwave/oven combination and sink. In your private bedroom you can sit back to work or sleep in peace, while the communal living room is ideal for friend gatherings and dinners. The apartment also comes with Air conditioning.The apartment has been just renovated from top to bottom. The updates to the space include general renovation points like new paint and flooring, but also a new kitchen and bathroom. In addition, the entire apartment is newly furnished. Our interior designer has even taken care of the small details like towels, linen, kitchen utensils. The apartment has a lovely modern design and decoration. This way the place is fully ready should you choose to make it your next home.
Location
The apartment is located in the Rubroek area. It is in close proximity to one of the most popular streets in Rotterdam, namely Meent, as well as the location of the market âBlaakâ which you can enjoy every Tuesday and Saturday. The apartment is also 10 minutes cycling from the Kralingen Lake, which is a perfect place for weekend relaxation.

Conditions
This apartment is offered for a monthly rental price of 2500 euros excluding utilities.
Only working professionals (as a living group) are allowed to live in this apartment. If you have any doubts if you qualify as a living group please check our blogpost on Living group (Woongroep). Or only a group of 3 students can live in this apartment.
