In addition, the living gives access to a large balcony (8 m²), so that you can invite your friends for a barbeque! Last but not least, this apartment comes with a private parking spot!The apartment has been just renovated from top to bottom. The updates to the apartment include a full renovation, ranging from a new kitchen, two new bathrooms with two toilets, to new layers of paint everywhere! In addition, the entire apartment is newly furnished. Our interior designer has even taken care of the small details like towels, linen, kitchen utensils. The apartment is located in Rubroek, which is one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Rotterdam. The neighbourhood is situated in between the city center and the Erasmus University, which makes it an ideal place for students to live. Both hotspots are 5 - 10 minutes by bike, while also Rotterdam Central Station is around the corner. For your daily groceries, visit the shops at the Jonker Fransstraat or the Goudsesingel. Get biological products at De Groene Passage or drink some beers with friends at De Gele Kanarie. If you want to relax, the recreation park Kralingse Plas is around the corner! The district of Rubroek has everything you've ever wished for!
