This very well-maintained 1930s mansion with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a very nice garden on the southwest is in an excellent location in the popular and child-friendly Raadsliedenbuurt.
The house has been completely renovated and modernized by the current residents in the past 15 years. It is that a very special property came their way, but otherwise they certainly would not have intended to sell their wonderful house.
Layout:
Vestibule with space for wardrobe and modern meter cupboard (2015). Through a folding door to the hallway with a spacious cupboard under the stairs, toilet and door to the living room.
The living room has a bay window, lots of light, a beautiful parquet floor and a fireplace. The front is furnished as a sitting room, the back as a dining room. From the living room there are patio doors to the backyard.

It is a stoneâs throw from the Kempenaerstraat (shopping street) in Oegstgeest. On the other side of the Raadsliedenbuurt is the famous âLeidse Houtâ park. In the vicinity are a wide variety of sports facilities (including tennis, athletics, football, hockey and even a swimming pool) and various schools (both primary and secondary, up to and including the International School of the Rijnlands Lyceum).
