2024 (min of plus 2 dagen afhankelijk van de te boeken vliegtickets) Het huis
staat aan de rand van een prachtig bosrijk park en het huis zelf heeft een
riante lichte serre, grote ramen met veel licht inval en een groene tuin.
De ruime, lichte woning (200+ m2) bestaat uit twee grote
ruimten en indien gewenst een kleine extra slaapkamer. Er is centraal in de
woning een houtkachel en middels de warmte pomp wordt de vloerverwarming
aangestuurd. De badkamer heeft alle basisvoorzieningen en een douche. Ook de
keuken is simpel uitgerust en heeft alles wat u nodig heeft behalve een
vaatwasser. U dient er rekening mee te houden dat u een bewoonde privé woning
betrekt waar spullen van de eigenaar in staan. Deze dient uiteraard met respect
en volgen te maken afspraak te behandelen.
Heeft u een elektrische auto met een CHAdeMO aansluiting dan kunt u deze aan
huis opladen.
Verhuur geschied uitsluitend voor de hele periode van 3
maanden. En bedraagt 1500,- euro per maand inclusief water, gas, elektra, wifi
en TV. De borg bedraagt 1 volle maand huur a 1500,- euro te voldoen bij tekenen
van de huur overeenkomst. Het huis heeft door de energiezuinige opbouw enige
gebruiksaanwijzing, als extra service bieden wij een 24/7 hulplijn. En extra service
bij eventuele problemen.Â

beautiful, energy-efficient artist's home, equipped with a heat pump and solar
panels, is available for rent from December 15, 2023, to March 15, 2024 (plus
or minus 2 days depending on the availability of booked flight tickets). The
house is located on the edge of a picturesque, wooded park, and the house
itself features a spacious, bright conservatory, large windows with ample
natural light, and a green garden.

The
spacious, bright home (200+ m2) consists of two large rooms and, if desired, a
small additional bedroom. There is a wood-burning stove centrally located in
the house, and the underfloor heating is controlled through the heat pump. The
bathroom provides all the basic amenities and a shower. The kitchen is simply
equipped and has everything you need except for a dishwasher. Please note that
you will be occupying a privately owned home with the owner's belongings
inside, which should be treated with respect and in accordance with any
agreed-upon arrangements.

If you have
an electric car with a CHAdeMO connection, you can charge it at the house.
Rental is only available for the entire 3-month period and costs 1500 euros per
month, including water, gas, electricity, WiFi, and TV. The security deposit
amounts to 1 full month's rent, which is €1500, to be paid upon signing the
rental agreement. The house, due to its energy-efficient construction, comes
with some usage instructions, and as an extra service, we offer a 24/7 helpline
and additional assistance with any issues.
