This house is located on the edge of the Frederiksoord district, a child-friendly and quiet neighborhood with only local traffic and also very conveniently located in relation to the roads to the A44 or to go to the beach by bike.

Layout:
You reach the covered front door through the well-kept front garden. As soon as it opens, the inviting hall immediately catches the eye: spacious enough to comfortably accommodate many visitors. The light comes from the huge windows in the living room, so that the hall is not even perceived as dark. From the hall you enter the kitchen at the front. This still has the old-fashioned wonderful dimensions to combine a large amount of kitchen cabinets with enough space for a dining table where you can sit comfortably.
